No alcoholic beverages can be brought into Majestic Caverns. Consumption of alcohol on the grounds is cause for ejection from the park without refund.

We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Line jumping, profanity, and unruly behavior are offensive to park guests and may be cause for ejection without refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason.

In keeping with our family-friendly environment, and for safety reasons, Majestic Caverns enforces a dress code. Proper attire must be worn in the park at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear. Clothing with offensive language or graphics are not permitted at any time. Tattoos of offensive language or inappropriate nature must be covered.

Examples of clothing no permitted are those displaying:

• Profanity
• Pornography
• Graphic violence
• Support of drugs and drug use
• Gang symbols
• Promotion of discrimination against any group

Bathing suits may be worn only in water park areas. Park admission may be denied if clothing or tattoos are deemed to be inappropriate by management and the Guest refuses all reasonable options.

Guests using profanity or abusive language, symbols or gestures may be ejected from the park without refund.

By entering the park, guests grant Majestic Caverns the right to film, video, record or photograph them on park property for any reason without payment or consideration. Majestic Caverns requests that all photographs or video taken by our guests be used for their personal use and enjoyment only. Any use, reuse or reproduction for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Majestic Caverns is strictly prohibited. Majestic Caverns reserves the right to refuse to allow photography of any kind as necessary at individual locations.

In addition to the Majestic Caverns Guest Code of Conduct, guests are required to comply with all local, state and federal laws, as well as individual park policies, rules and instructions posted or otherwise listed.

In addition to all items previously mentioned, the following items are not permitted at Majestic Caverns Family Fun Park, at any time:

• Magic markers, spray paint and aerosol cans
• Knives or chains
• Firearms and ammunition
• Chemical weapons, including mace and pepper spray
• Drugs
• Alcohol

Guests are not permitted to enter restricted areas, including areas behind the white ropes in the cave or inside the employee huts or employee break room. Guests entering restricted areas may be ejected from the park without refund.

Safety is our number one priority. Guests with certain body proportions, or of certain heights and/or weights, or disabilities may not be allowed to participate in certain attractions if the manufacturer’s safety guidelines restrict it.

There is an inherent risk in participating in any amusement ride. We expect riders to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner. Guests must also obey all oral and written warnings and properly use all ride safety equipment provided. Guests who do not comply with ride rules may be ejected from the park without refund.

Smoking inside of DeSoto Caverns is strictly prohibited and violating guests may be ejected from the park without refund. DeSoto Caverns does not allow smoking inside buildings or around attractions.
