👨👩👧👦 Family Life
Wife to my husband and forever love, Jared, and mama to four incredible kids, three girls and our baby boy. Being their mom is my greatest joy, and I love making memories together, especially when we are exploring the park as a family.
🙏 Faith and Purpose
My faith is the foundation of everything I do. I love sharing the beauty of God’s creation and helping others encounter Him, even in unexpected places like a cave.
🎓 Education
Degree in Biblical Literature from Taylor University, with an emphasis in art and philosophy. Studied abroad across Europe, including time at Cambridge and Trinity College in Ireland, and studied Spanish in Spain.
📖 Author
Author of In the Depths of His Majesty: Encountering God in the Majestic Caverns, exploring the spiritual significance of caves throughout Scripture.
🌍 Travel and Adventure
Traveled to more than 40 countries and backpacked through 15 countries across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Highlights include snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef, cage diving with sharks in South Africa, holding a baby great white off the coast of Australia, riding an elephant at a preserve, hot air ballooning over a safari, skydiving, and completing one of the world’s highest bungee jumps.
🎬 Fun Travel Moments
Watched part of The Lord of the Rings filming on horseback in New Zealand and saw Ian McKellen both on set and years earlier perform live on stage in London.
🤝 Global Missions
Participated in mission and outreach work in Belize, Nicaragua, Ireland, Greece, Italy, and India, serving communities, building relationships, and supporting efforts both locally and internationally.

Worked as a professional photographer for many years and in the art industry, with features in multiple publications.
🏞️ Majestic Caverns Roots
Grew up at the park, starting at age five helping at festivals, mailing marketing materials at seven, working attractions from nine to fourteen, and later collaborating on creative vision and strategy with my dad.
💼 What I Do
Oversee marketing, branding, HR, payroll, business operations, licensing, PR, and partnerships. I regularly work with the Alabama Department of Tourism and support storytelling around the cave’s history and mission.
🤝 Industry Involvement
Active in the National Caverns Association Education Committee and involved with IAAPA, including their Young Professionals Institute.
💛 What I Love Most about my Work
Our team. While much of my work happens behind a desk, I cherish every chance I get to be at the park, especially with my kids, watching families experience something truly special together.

Joy is my college sweetheart from Taylor University, and we have been happily married since 2013. My favorite moments are homeschooling our kids together, with everyday favorites like cooking meals, playtime, singing, praying, family dance parties, bedtime stories, and the occasional special trip together.
🍽️ Work Background
10 years in hospitality, management, restaurants, events, and catering, along with 5 years in film and stage production in New York and Los Angeles, acting, producing, and designing on art teams for award winning projects.
📸 Entrepreneurship
Ran a wedding photography business with Joy, serving couples from New York to Alabama.
🪂 Adventure
Skydived twice, experienced a canyon swing, shark cage diving, and scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef.

Trained by a European opera singer in preparation for an Off Broadway debut.

Spent time serving and building relationships in underserved communities, including Skid Row in Los Angeles, Indianapolis, Daytona, and New York City.

Participated in mission work and outreach in places like Ecuador and India, helping communities through efforts such as post natural disaster relief and rebuilding homes and buildings.

Involved in church planting and ministry work, with a passion for helping people begin a relationship with God.

Played soccer for 18 years and also enjoy swimming, basketball, and competing in hurdles and high jump through track and field into college.

💼 What I Do
Build systems and create business structural strategies for Majestic Caverns. Develop the Growth Journey and approve raises for team members. Handle legal cases, develop company structure, and maintain the KOS operating system infrastructure. Manage and prioritize company projects, also known as Rock Priorities. Approve company wide aesthetics across operations and many aspects of marketing. Develop plans for future branding of the park. Build out events and manage contracts with contractors and entertainers. Currently leading the renovation of our Group Sales systems.

💛 What I Love Most
I love creating systems that build a sustainable business, allowing us to creatively develop the park. I enjoy experimenting with different avant garde event styles to discover what will be effective for our future. We won Alabama’s most intriguing event during the duration of our Tomb of the Risen Dead event. I am also passionate about developing the Growth Journey to activate the gifts within each team member and unlock their potential, building a strong core that positions us to build the future.

Caverns Development
The technological tour and show will require updated lighting, sound equipment, control booth, pyrotechnics capabilities, and projectors to achieve a holistic show and our desired effects. The following areas are prioritized in order of expected development.
Step 1: Testing Projectors
Testing Projectors in the following areas will be the next step to complete the testing section of this initial phase
Step 2: Lighting, Projection & Sound Design
This is the full scope of development that we need to collaborate on balancing lighting, projection, sound, and implementing pyrotechnics as well.
Step 3: Immersive Concealment of Stage & Features
We plan on concealing and making incognito any man-made constructed features through creating a cave-like masking, so it doesn’t detract from the content of the story
Company Vision
Our current main attraction Majestic Caverns will transform into a show venue with a variety of tour options. Our new mother brand will be called Everlast Park, which will feature historically inspired legends through shows, quests, characters and shops that reflect an immersive world that highlight God’s pursuit towards mankind.

Our park will continue to host the variety of groups throughout the week, but will begin to continually feature four main seasonal events to help us transition our park into Everlast Park.
The Transformation
New show and characters
Our events, Libertas and Adventus, along with the inaugural Harvestus launch, will help us transition to our new brand, Everlast Park, featuring our first show installment in Majestic Caverns.
The Story
As a preamble of a saga, it highlights the emergence of two civilizations birthed out of a mounting war between an ancient tribe, an imperious army invasion and a grim, shadowy threat.
The fate of two unyielding civilizations lie in the balance. Both unwilling to surrender for the cost of their own vain-glory, the only hope lies in the hands of an exiled chieftain’s daughter, a fugitive and a lame bondsman.
Awakening History in a Legendary Way
Immerse yourself in a captivating mainstage show that delves into the origins of America and the unyielding spirit of its pioneers. Drawing from true stories and infused with the eternal struggle of those guided by faith, this show serves as a powerful testament to the resilience and bravery of early settlers. Watch as the epic saga unfolds, portraying the birth of two civilizations amidst the tumult of war, invasion by an imperious army, and the looming shadows of darkness that threaten to derail their destiny.
This will be a live performance told through epic depictions of fire, water, combat, and dance – each scene a breathtaking portrayal of the legendary tale that shaped the destiny of a nation. Join us as we awaken history in a legendary way, celebrating the spirit of Independence Day and the values that define America – freedom, resilience, and faith. Join us as we celebrate and honor those who forged a nation under God.
Production Plan
The mainstage show will feature the continuation and finale of the prequel short film through projectors, through a story intermittently told with live performances including epic depictions of fire, water, combat, and dance. We plan to launch a crowdfunding campaign with the prequel story that ties into the launching mainstage show.
Character & Costume Transformation
All levels of character interactions and service team, also known as Keypers, will be a part of the interactive design of the immersive storytelling experience. Through scripting, quest engagement, and gamification of interactions, all of the previous will engage guests with a level of interplay not experienced in most theme parks.

Event Details
This event is called Libertas because it means ‘Freedom’ in Latin and we’re going to highlight aspects of what freedom looks like in our country’s and world’s history, but also on the individual level of someone finding spiritual freedom too.

In the majestic setting of Majestic Caverns, Libertas shines as a powerful celebration of freedom—freedom in our history, freedom of the spirit, and the transformative freedom found in faith. Drawing from its Latin roots meaning “freedom,” this event brings together guests and invites them to journey deeper into exploring how freedom has shaped nations and how it can transform lives today. The cavern comes alive with stirring anthems, visuals, and unforgettable storytelling, creating an event that uplifts and inspires.

This new event is called Harvestus because it reflects the themes of harvest, abundance, and gratitude. We’re going to highlight the beauty of reaping the rewards of hard work, both in the physical and spiritual sense, drawing from stories of provision throughout history and scripture. Harvestus also celebrates the personal harvest of the heart, where seeds of faith and kindness grow into blessings that transform lives.

Adventus, meaning “arrival” in Latin, is a heartwarming celebration of the season of hope, joy, and light. This event takes guests on a journey through the story of Christmas, blending historical and spiritual themes to explore the true essence of the season. Adventus reflects on the arrival of Christ as a moment that transformed the world, bringing peace and redemption to all. Through theatrical performances, music, and immersive experiences, visitors will witness the beauty of this timeless story and discover how the light of Christmas can inspire hope, love, and renewal in their own lives.
