1. Dress for the Cave’s 60-Degree Temperature
The temperature inside Majestic Caverns remains a comfortable 60 degrees year-round, so dress in layers. This way, you can stay comfortable whether you’re exploring inside the cave or enjoying outdoor attractions. Also, March – November we recommend bringing a change of clothes if you plan on enjoying our water attractions! We have bathrooms with showers at our Coosa Pavilion, making it easy for you and your family to have lots of fun and an opportunity to get cleaned off before hitting the road home!
2. Wear Good Walking Shoes
Our guided tours cover about a third of a mile, so wear sturdy shoes with good traction to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. The cave pathways are gentle and wheelchair accessible, making this a great outing for families with young children or those with mobility needs.
3. Arrive Early to Enjoy the Full Park Experience
