In 1975, Al Mathis answered the Lord’s call to preserve this majestic place and open it to the public. Alongside his wife Danielle, they built more than a park—they built a mission to serve families, inspire faith, and bring joy to generations. Their daughter Joy and her husband Jared now continue that legacy with Al and Danielle and the amazing Majestic Team.
