It can be a challenge for parents to find a safe educational experience to expand their child’s education. DeSoto Caverns has been a school group trusted top field trip destination for over 40 years and has school groups come from as far away as 8 hours every year to learn in America’s Most Historic Caverns with lots of science learning too! And we make expanding your child’s education easy through being the only business in the state with a free online K-12 educational platform!
Regardless of what grade your child is in, you simply click on the grade here, then go to science or social studies and we have quoted directly from the state’s curriculum on what they are learning about that they’ll experience in the park. Not only do we map out each correlation of what they are learning about, but we also include free videos, quizzes, and explanations of what they are learning. Some early grades, such as Kindergarten even have downloadable interactive experiences, such as coloring or ideas on how to make their educational experience come to life through home activities that can be done ahead or after their visit!
For our Homeschool Days, we are offering all homeschoolers and their teachers (aka parents, grandparents and those assisting in their educational experience) the School Group Rate!
